Selis Manor is a residential building located at 135 West 23rd Street in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. The building is specifically designed to provide housing and support services for visually impaired and physically disabled individuals. Named after Anton and Susie Selis, who bequeathed funds to the Associated Blind Housing Development Fund Corporation (HDFC), it was built in the early 1980s with the intention of creating a supportive and accessible living environment for its residents.

Selis Manor is thoughtfully designed with an array of amenities, meticulously tailored to cater to the unique needs of its residents. Our offerings include round-the-clock security, ensuring the safety and peace of mind of all our residents. On-site laundry facilities provide convenient access to essential services. To aid navigation within the building, we have installed guide railings throughout, along with tactile flooring near all elevators and at the main entrance. All crucial announcement notices are also made accessible in Braille, ensuring everyone stays informed. Lastly, our community room serves as a central gathering spot for residents, promoting social interactions and community bonding. Along with the ABF Selis Manor strive towards enhancing the living experience for its residents.
